This page sets forth the privacy policy of Selector Software, Inc. applicable to Selector Software’s Slack App and Selector Software’s Microsoft Teams App (hereinafter the “Products and Services”). Selector Software Inc. is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. We do not share, sell, rent trade or loan personal data to third parties, other than as set out in this policy and our Terms and Conditions.
The Products and Services provide a platform for operational intelligence of digital infrastructure. It provides actionable multi-dimensional insights to network, cloud and application operators.
To register to and/or use our Products and Services, you may need to provide certain personal details such as your first and last name, your email address, your company name, and similar business contact information (“Personally Identifiable Information”).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any and all log-in information used by you in connection with our Products and Services (e.g. user name and password) and ensuring that they are not passed on to or used by others. You are responsible for all actions that take place under your account(s).
In the course of use, the Products and Services may also receive some information from and/or through applicable third-party platform/products (e.g. Slack), for the purposes of providing the Services and operating the Product. Such information collected from third party platforms/products (with the exception of name, email and company name, which are stored on Selector Software servers), such as, by way of example, Slack chat logs, is generally not stored or collected on Selector Software’s servers except as required for service functionality.
The data retention policy is dependent on customer requirements. It varies from 15 days to 1 year. For Slack queries, trace data is stored for up to 12 hours, and query data is stored for 15 days to 1 year depending on customer request. All data is deleted when the application is decommissioned.
Selector Software retains other categories of personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We will not share Personally Identifiable Information that you have provided to us other than as set out in our Terms of Service and in this policy.
We may disclose information to external service providers, including but not limited to infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication service providers, and other vendors that support the operation of our Products and Services. Any such service provider is required to comply with the terms of this privacy policy and maintain such information in confidence.
We may also disclose aggregate, non-personal information or survey results to partners and other third parties.

Selector Software does not sell personal information as traditionally understood; however, certain disclosures to service providers or analytics partners may constitute “sharing” under applicable privacy laws.
Selector Software is committed to ensuring the security of your information. Our website, servers and Products and Services have security measures intended to keep Users’ information protected.
If we learn that one of our systems containing personal information has been breached, we will notify Users as required by applicable law.
We may contact Users who enter their email addresses on our product, or who register to request information, or register for our services. Users can always opt out of receiving emails or request that no more emails be sent to them.
